PAYMENT AND PRODUCT PRICE

  1. Full payment for a product which is in stock shall be made upon placing of the order.
  2. If a product is not in stock, 50% of the full purchase price of the product shall be made upon placing the order. The remaining 50% of the full purchase price shall be paid before delivery of the product is scheduled.
  3. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Trends Furniture Pte Ltd”. Please indicate the Order Confirmation number(s) on the back of the cheque(s) when making payment.
  4. All prices for our products are in Singapore Dollars and do not include delivery charges. Unless otherwise stated, all product prices displayed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax which shall be charged.


DELIVERY

  1. If you require delivery services, all products purchased shall be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase and you shall bear sole and full responsibility for the failure to receive any product purchased in the event that a wrong delivery address was provided. The delivery services do not include disposal services i.e. removing used furniture and/or other items from your premises. Any disposal request should be raised to us on the order date and we are entitled to charge for such disposal request at our current prevailing rates.
  2. Our delivery service is on a complimentary basis for orders with a total value (inclusive of GST) of S$2,000 and above in a single delivery trip. A delivery charge of S$80 for week days / S$120 for weekend days (inclusive of GST) is applicable for orders with a total value (inclusive of GST) of less than S$2,000.
  3. We deliver our products via lifts; if delivery by stairs is required, a S$15 fee will be levied for per stairs of flight per item. (up to 5th floor).


EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. All payments made for our products are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our product and would like to exchange the product, you will need to provide us with the original receipt and full details of your purchase. Any request for exchange of the product must be made within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
  2. Any product being exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging, undamaged, re-saleable and in the same condition it was delivered to you.
  3. Any product being exchanged must be of equivalent or higher value than the original purchase.
  4. There will be strictly NO product exchange or return for the following product categories:
  • Sales items sold at reduced prices or display items;
  • Unwrapped mattresses & pillows;
  • Made-To-Order sofas after 3 days from the order date;
  • Any other indent items which are specially brought into Singapore pursuant to your order

WARRANTY

  1. All sofas and furniture are sold with a one (1) year limited warranty upon delivery except for home accessories, consignment and concessionaires.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Our maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(s) purchased.

  1. The HTL Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. HTL Privacy Policy is available at www.homestolife.com/pages/privacy-policy and at the homestolife showroom. By providing your personal data to us, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the HTL Privacy Policy.
